  1. OLD BUSINESS: Resolution 157 - The BMA meeting and Work Session for January was canceled due to weather related conditions. However, Mayor Poore, Kenneth West, and Randy Burchette held an emergency vote during the day to consider Resolution 157 for the 2024 CDBG Application and Local Match funding. CDBG amount is $430,000, Local Match is $100,864 for a total project cost of $530,894. Mayor Poore asked for a motion and second. Vice-mayor Randy Burchette made a motion that the city approve Resolution 157. Alderman Kenneth West seconded the motion. The motion carried.
